Charminar 

It is located in the old city of Hyderabad and it has the height of 56,. It was constructed in 1591 and was built by Sultan Mohammed Quli Qutb Shah . It has four towers in each corner.  

Golconda Fort 

it is 11km away from the main city and was built by Qutub Shahi Kings. Its walls are as high as 15 to 18 foot. One can enjoy the light and the sound show that takes place here. Camera is not allowed inside. 

Ramoji Film City 

This place is filled with tourists from various parts of India. It is one of the largest film studios in the world. 

Birla Mandir 

This temple was constructed by the great industrialists, Birlas. It was constructed in 1976 and has 2000 tonnes of marbles. These marbles were brought from the state of Rajasthan. This temple has 11 feet long statue of Lord Lakshminarayana. 

Chowmahalla Palace 

Literally, it means a four palace and was built in 18th century. If you visit this, do take a look at Khilwat Mubarak, Clock Tower, Council Hall which are the hearts of the palace.  

Lumbini Park 

It was developed in 1994 and is named after the birthplace of Lord Buddha. It is one of the most preferred tourist destinations in Hyderabad as it has many beautiful flowers, fountains, parks, laser, etc 

Birla Planetarium 

This planetarium was developed with help from Japan. It has four sections all in all: Interactive science centre, Window on Science, Archaeology Center and the Nirmala Birla Art Gallery and Dinosaurium. Sky show is the most awaited attraction that is conducted everyday. 

Chilkur Balaji Temple 

It is located in a small village called Chilkur and it is 30km from Hyderabad. This temple is dedicated to Lord Balaji Venkateswara. It is almost 500 years old. Thousands of devotees visit the place almost everyday.
